To expand, they are comprehensive shelf exams sold by the NBME (the people who do the USMLE) that you can take online. They will not give answers or explanations, but will give you a score and breakdown similar to what you will receive on the real USMLE. It is a great tool to use as a measurement of where you stand in your preparedness for the real thing.
