Jagiellonian has a cap of 35 students per class for the 4-yr program and normally fills this quota each year. I can not comment about the admissions stats or how competitive it is to get in because I simply do not know. However, the application process is very user friendly, perhaps AMCAS light. Letters or rec, personal statement, transcript, MCAT (or equiv.), good physical health, and a telephone interview... pretty standard but not as grueling or time consuming as in North America. Also, you can practice in California if you finish this program in response to your previous concern. If you have any pressing personal questions, then I suggest that you call the school office. They are friendly, helpful, and have plenty of experience in answering personal questions and student concerns.
If you have any questions that you want a student to answer, then feel free to PM me.
