I think there will be alot of residency placements for the big 4 Caribbean schools. Especially for SGU with the new NYC deal. I was thinking about applying to D.O but honestly I would give up getting a residency a little bit easier (maybe) for the MD degree, nothing against DO of course. I know many would argue but I think residency placement for SGU will be similar/comparable to the bottom of the U.S. schools such as schools in Puerto Rico, Howard etc. and bottom 3/4 of DO schools
