The ways in which midterm angst manifests itself is indeed mysterious, and I have this inexplicably irrepressible urge to rent a motor boat and take it out on the ocean this weekend. Now, this is something I've never done, so my questions are: Is it practically possible, economical and safe? Any ideas on the best way(s) to go about it?
