For med. school I have to know all the chemical structures, names and enzymes for the major metabolic pathways (Urea cycle, glycogenolysis)... is this also required for USMLE step 1...

Also same for anatomy... Best example is at med. school exams I have to know every single blood vessel and regional lymph node... Somewhat the basis of surgery these exams are... yet when one starts patho. to hold on to all this knowledge is tough. Are you expected to know anaotomy to this detail for USMLE step 1...
