I took the sept 07 exam and thought it was tough. The practice questions didn't really resemble the actually exam. i was surprised at how long some of the vignettes were. it's hard to believe this was simply an evaluating exam. I am in the process of applying for the january one, cause I dont feel confident at all about this exam. .
