We are leaving in December and are helping our landlady rent her house back out. It is in Glanvillia so 15-20 min. walk to school. It is three bedrooms and one bath. All the bedrooms have AC. It has a bigger fridge than most places. My landlady is buying our washer and dryer off of us so she can leave it in the house as a perk. It is a full size washer and dryer, US brand. The house is well kept up and great for families. It is in a safe neighborhood. PM if interested.
