The Israeli medical schools are exceptional. If you have a chance to get in, then go for it! I spoke with them, then decided not to pursue it which was a real mistake on my part. You'll get a world class education there, it has a large and diverse student population, it is safe there (despite the preconceptions otherwise),everyone speaks english and it won't feel that "foreign".
