ijcMD's input about Sackler also holds true for the Technion American program where I am a non-Jewish first-year student. Our program has a broad spectrum of religious/ethnic backgrounds (Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Caucasian, Indian, etc.) I had a very positive experience during my applications/interviews at Technion, Ben Gurion and Sackler. My impression is that all three of the American medical school programs in Israel are very embracing of diversity and would consider your application without bias.
