Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. Chapelier did you see the date on those posts from sdn? Yes 2004. Since then a lot of bad things have happened to St. Chris. and its students - you would know this if you had the patience to wade through the many posts on this forum.
When you want to know if a degree is licensable in a particular country go to that country's licensing authority - in Britain's case the GMC. There you will find that the GMC does not recognize the Senegal degrees (or the Luton ones)-
GMC | Acceptable primary medical qualification
look in the section headed
Primary medical qualifications not accepted by the GMC

It might however be worth contacting the GMC to see if the position has changed or is likely to (if you're really desperate to go there). As for other EU countries, the same applies: contact the national licensing authority.
