Well this is cute example of what not to do in the test. Shure you don't care about her cats....however one cares about rapport, keeping your patient well and informed.That being said Reasure her about her desition making, have nurse find her Animal shelters or something like that, give her some hope about a person out there tah is looking for that special pet,bla,bla,bla...... I think can help. Oh, the answer is NO.
