My uncle is a professor there at the Trinidad campus (that's where my family is from). As state before, it focuses on training West Indians, not foreigners. However, even if you are West Indian (like myself), and you intend on practicing in the USA, the fact remains that the school trains you to pass the British boards, not the USMLEs. Another note about the Trinidad campus: the nation currently has lots of crime and kidnappings. Most of my family is currently trying to get out of there, and going back there would be foolish. Don't get me wrong, I am Trini 2 di bone, but tings is rel bad boy.
