The area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave locatedjust east of the Windward Islands has become a little betterorganized this morning. An Air Force reconnaissance aircraft isscheduled to investigate this area this afternoon. Whileenvironmental conditions do not appear especially favorable fordevelopment...there is still some potential for this system tobecome a tropical depression during the next day or two as it moveswestward near 15 to 20 mph.
