Asking all of these questions is very reasonable and prudent.

Lots of other posts have raved about how the IAU faculty is willing to stay "until 4 am" in the morning helping students.

Don't you think that if they are this dedicated, that the school would be eager to answer such reasonable questions from a prospective student?

I think IAU would be more than happy to engage this person, and answer the questions.
