UWI does not have a forum because it is not an offshore medical school.
UWI is a government run British type medical school started in 1948 in Jamaica. It started with the Medical school with the intent of providing doctors to serve the British West Indies. There are now three campuses, two medical schools, including several teaching hospitals (In Barbados, the Bahamas, Trinidad and Jamaica.)

UWI is not only one of the better medical schools in the Caribbean...IT IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD! At least that is what the external examiners in each subject say who come from the US and the UK. Many of its graduates have top positions in US and Canadian hospitals.

The reason you have never even heard of it before does not make anything crazy. It just means that there is a deficiency in your knowledge about med schools. You wont get into UWI anyhow. It was designed to educate West Indians. In any case, if you could not get into a US school, you definitely wont get into UWI....so forget UWI.
