It rates about a 4/10 for me. Much of the info is a little outdated (especially with computer records and labs), and the rest is kinda obvious after you've completed a couple weeks of your first rotation. Skim through it at the bookstore but don't buy... save the cash for Blueprints, the recall series or even the Washington manual. They are well worth the money and you will be reading and using them for much longer.
