The Ocean cannot Isolate the American continent from the rest of the world, so we need a new a approach and thinking, how we can we work with other nations; in terms of national security, economics, cultural exchange and eradicating poverty and diseases like HIV. We have to understand Islam and work with the muslim moderates in the Islamic world. We have to find smart way of dealing with China, because it is an emerging power house like the U.S. The cold war is over but Russia is still with us, we must work with them, and urge them to improve their democracy.
