i am looking for standardized potency values for certain pharmaceuticals. let me explain. LD50 between chemicals can be standardised for example by mg/kg oral rat. i want to take this idea of LD50 mg/kg oral rat, but use the minimum amount of a pharmaceutical needed to induce a response instead of a fatal amount. i am not using the data for any purpose other than indexing pharmaceuticals according to their potency rather than toxicity.

i have searched various reference texts but have not found what i need.
