Overall GPA: 3.45 (Undegrad 3.3, Grad 3.6)
Science GPA: 3.3
MCAT: 27 T

I am currently applying to all the Texas schools including TCOM, but am trying to keep my options open for Carib as well. I am trying to decide whether to keep trying to pump up my stats for the US schools or go ahead and try for AUC or St. George's. Thanks in advance for your help.
Your MCAT score is good, but it probably needs to be 30+ to compensate for the low undergrad GPA. Like slevit said, you should probably take some more science classes and make A's to raise the undergrad and science GPA. I'm not sure how quickly you want to start med school. Good luck!
