First of all, I didn't mean to say Sackler is not a good school. On the contrary, my interviewer from Sackler told me that the school gets better residencies in New York than the NY state schools. If anyone does well in any school he/she can excel anywhere. However, on a rank level the name "technion" is world renown. It's not even an argument (Technion – Israel Institute of Technology - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). Plus the technion interviewer told me that technion's curriculum is very intense and it is more thorough than Sackler. Technion also has a very small class so the odds of getting a first choice residency are higher. In conclusion, Both are great schools. Obviously it's human nature to say the school you are going to is better. As long as you think so it's all that matters. But my choice between Technion and Sackler is Technion is the way to go for those who want to be challenged academically and a chance to go to top hospitals such as Johns Hopkins Mayo, Clinic, and UCLA.
