i stayed at the airport villas during my 5th semester, though it wasn't the worst place i've stayed at, the downsides include that "fantastic" pool where they let people go crazy and you can't study quietly at your place. the laundry facilities were there, but the machines either never worked or were always busy so you had to go out anyway. finally, my rent deposit got a hefty cut taken out because of "wear and tear" that wasn't my doing-i.e., had a leak on the ceiling that ruined the wall and, somehow, i had to pay for the walls to be redone!

just sharing my experiences, i'm sure there are plenty of folks who've had a better time, but i didn't think much of the place. good luck
