Dear Doctor,

I am Shiva, an Iranian doctor, my husband is a PR of Canada and I have to come there.
I want to work there as general practitioner or family physician. I am studing for
MCCEE now but I dont know what to do after passing the exams. Is it possible to work there
as general practitioner? I read an article named " Canada is a close door for IMG doctores and I get so disappointed, I dont know how much it is true, but I get so depressed.
Is it true?
What is caRMS? Do I have to sit for that?
