For a hurricane, you really don't need much: water, food that doesn't require cooking, flashlights and batteries, and maybe a battery powered radio.

The school is a hurricane shelter, and many homes are built to withstand them also (concrete roofs). The 'quaint' shutters on all the windows are there for hurricanes.

Also, since Saba is the top of a volcano, there is little flooding like you see in New Orleans. The airport is 135 feet above sea level and there are only 2 or 3 houses below it on that side, and nobody lives in Ft. Bay (the other low point). Not much of a concern.

As far as what to bring: do a search.
