a very good friend of mine just matched Urology. It is an early match so he found out about 3 weeks ago. He had good boards and worked hard. I guess he was the only FMG who matched!! getting into surgical subspecialties (urology, ENT, Optho, Neuros., Ortho) to my knowledge is very difficult but i guess it is possible!
