Yea, u could rotations back in the states but there are certain guidelines u need to follow. Like for example if you want to practice in the state of New York, you can't do more than 12 weeks of rotations outside of your medical school. Certain states have their guidelines. Most of my friends who are back in the states are going to be there for a maximum of 12 weeks. In order to apply to do rotations in the states you need to take step 1. With your score then you apply to different hospitals and see which accept you. As far as I know Poznan isn't affiliated with any hospitals, etc, back in the states. Though there have been many students who have done clinical rotations at some of the best hospitals, for example Cleveland Clinic where my friend is doing his now. The better your board score and application the better chance of getting into a good hospital.
