If you get an ECFMG certificate, pass the boards, and complete a residency program, the vast majority of states will license you. I don't know anything about AGU, but I'm sure that when they have graduates, those graduates will get residencies and will get licensed.

What you need from a medical school is good instruction and a chance to sit for the USMLE. Almost any caribbean school will give you that.
