I am new to this forum. Does anyone know which dental programes outside of the US are the cheapest and that teach in English?

I am really looking for anywhere to study, but would rather attend a school that won't leave me in mountains of debt when I graduate. Anyone know of any programes like this in Thailand or Singapore?
