just a suggestion: buy the Anatomy BRS!! it will help you, at least, it helped me. Also Rohen's Atlas. The High Yield for Anatomy may help you for some of the clinical scenarios.

Also, BRS for Biochem will definitely fill in the gaps when you don't have a lot of time to actually read the chapters in Lipincott's again.

Hmm, try to stay awake in class, pre-read the lecture notes and the Biochem chapters so you understand what is going on, plus fill in the blank spaces with your own reading notes and slide notes in the Anatomy Companion/Notebook. That will definitely help.

Okay, I know it's late, sorry if this post was just completely random. I didn't really read everything here...
