Thanks for the info guys. However, on the issue of temptation, I believe that is a more personal problem for people. If someone is going to cheat or fool around on their spouse, they are going to do it now matter where they go to med school or what profession they choose. I do believe that some professions create more opportunities for this than others, such as medicine. Long work hours and time apart (from your spouse) and plenty of young nurses on the night shift hitting on you can create temptation. I recently worked with a surgery resident whose wife was pregnant while at the same time he was sleeping with an ER nurse and he got her pregnant. Quite sad really.
To make a long story short, my wife is my best asset. She motivated me to make my 42 credit hours and 2.2 GPA into a ** in biology with a 3.5 GPA and a 28 MCAT. I know I would have never done this without her! So as you can see my wifes happiness has a lot to do with were I/we go to med school. Thanks again for the replies.
