Im very sorry if you did not understand my email because if you reread it, you will notice that I said that you had posted a good website basicly saying what I said about the license in michigan and other states.
Now to answer some interesting coments from you

Dear friend I even posted your post with the email adress that says that you can practice in those states, also I personally know people that are in different areas of medicine that did thiere training in
PR an are practcing in the USA with the Indian Health Care also known as IHS, again if you dont believe me you can google it yourself or just call IHS.
Now most importantily I truely apologize for any misscomunication that you might had wile trying to help you.
