For me I had a couple of not so hot grades in calculus, and calc. based physics. They wanted to know what happened in those classes.

If you have "issues" on your transcripts be prepared to explain why you have them, and any extrenuating circumstances that lead to those "issues". Also because one of the administrators had gotten her doctorate at the school of medicine in colorado, and thats where I work, she asked me lots of detail on which lab i worked in, the focus of my projects, and how my work here would translate to med school.
Last bit; expect the standard why med school, why saba, type questions. I actually wrote down some answers to those questions, anticipating that I would be asked them, and it helped. Research the island as much as possible, and the school, and what you are in for for the next five years. I got a sense that they really wanted to know that I knew what I was getting into.
