I agree for the most part with neongoat’s assessment. Except for cultural diversity - Look at the UJ website the English division is made up largely of Scandinavians. Poznan on the other hand has a considerable number of Asians. Most of the Asians I have met in Poznan are from either Taiwan or India. I do not know how culturally diverse Warsaw is.

UJ is better known worldwide than Poznan and name recognition works to their advantage. Google US doctors their are more from UJ than PUMS.

Poznan used to offer 4 year housing, which I believe is an advantage, however that is no longer true (see dorm thread).
