My understanding is that UK hospitals are ACGME, so they should be recognized as such. I don't understand how a Ross grad can be "stuck" in England. Each state in the US has their own game plan for licensure, so if you plan to do any clinical rotations in the UK, it would make sense to check with the state that you wish to be licensed in and see if it is OK. Doing a clinical in England would not prevent you from coming back to the US, but it may preclude licensure in a particular state.
