yes so thank you for that post: Customs is indeed hit or miss; but given than many people have questions regarding customs tax this is a very nice list to have and new arrivals ought to be grateful that someone took the time to post it.

I would add my agreement that the reality is that the customs behaviors vary, but you will make your life easier by being obliging and compliant while in line.
