Was NYSED open for business on Saturday night (of July 4th weekend)
? Sorry, I just couldn't resist. But situation with TX and Carib schools comes to mind. Many folks are doing residency in Austin, Houston, El Paso etc. But when it comes to full licensure they hear (ala Bush) "don't mess with Texas"
