More than 50% of our students have a second otion that doesn't include 5thpathway or a return to the upper 48 states.

Peurtorican students can take a Revalida exam which allows them to practice general medicine in PR. SO many do put their best effort into the USMLE first try becuase they are either thinking of Revalida as an out if they don't pass or have already passed the revalida and want to give the USMLE half a chance.

In either situation PRs are not taking the USMLE on the first time with the same mindset.
