Saba vs SGU in 2 years as far as rotations & residency mathces in California?
Hey guys,
I've been accepted to Saba for the class of 07. I'm from California and am really happy that Saba has gotten its California approval. However i'm just wondering as someone who would like to end up back in Cal, how you view Saba in comparison to SGU in 2 years from now with regards to rotations and residency matches. Do you think I should take the mcat and go for SGU if I want to be in Cal? Also, from what i've read and learned on this forum SGU is more recognized than Saba...do you think that when it comes time to apply for residencies someone graduating from SGu would have a better chance of getting the more competitive residency or are all caribbean grads viewed the same and chosen based on their own individual performance? Sorry for all the questions, i'm just trying to make the right decisions here and any input from you guys who are already in the process is greatly appreciated.
