I cannot honestly comment about the nature of that individuals interview. Policies are implemented and followed as to the entire admission process. It is not unheard of for any institution of higher learning to enquire as to the method of payment in order to assist the student. But it should only be done after the Admission board has admitted the student to matriculate into their chosen path. Financial means should not be used as part of the admission process leaving students with the wrong impression that yes maybe their grades or MCAT were low, but being that I am fully funded I'm a shue in. That type of admission policy serves no purpose. To the student, to the University as well as the global Heath and Education fields.
If money was the sole criteria for acceptance. I can clearly state that our classrooms would be filled, but hence that is not the case.

So again in response to your query, was that student a liar also?......not entirely. meaning, I have no control over how anyone posts here and/or their perception of events. Was I in the room....no...Heck, I am not even sure that it is truly one of our students...but it is not inline with our policies.

No one is perfect, least to say no school is perfect...the difference is those that are willing to admit and therefore correct problems as they occur to the betterment of all concerned should stand apart from those that hide under cover of night.
