RROD is Right
Have been on Government grants before. The NIH grants are looked at with a fine tooth comb by nasty govenment auditors. If they find anything out of order you can kiss your future grants good by. They are for research, if your results are not presented correctly and such - you can kiss it good by also. Most schools have a grants department to make sure the schedule is followed, results are tabulated and money is not misused.
