Obesity is a major problem in the states... We all know where that leads people!
When I was a kid McDs' was a once in a while treat, today it is an everyday meal for people who don't feel like cooking for themselves or their kids (or can't because they work 5 different jobs).
(It's not just McD, it's junk food in general)
