Since St. Theresa is a business, like all other Carib medical schools except UWI and the Cubans, I think it's fairly obvious that they'll ask if and how the customer will pay for the product.

Apart from that, I would personally NEVER apply to a school which has ZERO track record in delivering the ultimate goal: Working as a physician in the chosen specialty and being fully licensed in the state of choice.
