You want to make sure you will do good on the boards? 1- Waste 3 years trying to get into a US school(which you wont) or try a foreign school like UNIBE or any other that will give you the knowledge and practice necessary to make a change in someone's life, and study on your own for the USMLE'S. That's it. Yes I did graduate from UNIBE, where most of my classmates have scores in the high 90's. I got 80 and 84. Will that make my paycheck bigger after residency? Think about it.
