If you were dismissed from a u.s. medical school for alledged unprofessionalism, then transfered or gained acceptance to a caribbean medical school, completed your MD, and attempted to match, would this drastically decrease one's chances of matching? What other options are there outside of the U.S.? Would I be able to match into a military residency? How would one explain this during an interview? Is there anyway to expunge this from your record?
