It is still hogwash. Nothing but rumors and conjecture. I find it hard to believe that as a reporter/editor, you would espouse a version of events that you could not back up.
As far as NCFMEA certification goes, maybe you should do a little reading of your own. NCFMEA doesn't certify any schools, it just looks at the certification methods of that particular countries accreditation bodies. So in the case of Saba, the ACCM is the accrediting body and was found by the NCFMEA to be comparable to US accrediting bodies. As far as Saba's eligibility for Federal Stafford loans go, that ship sailed a long time ago. Only Ross, AUC and SGA students are eligible for Federal Stafford Loans.
