Well what I am wondering is New York approval have to do with clinical and residency only? So if a student transfers from a school without NY approval to a school WITH NY approval, is the student still eligible for NY, etc? In other words, is it like Cali? where a student has to do 100% of education with a school to do anything in Cali.
