Even though with a foreign medical degree you can apply to medical school in Canada, its unlikely that any of the medical schools in Canada will accept you as a student when there are thousands of qualified local students available. But, give it a try if you must -- you'll never know what may happen.

Other possibilities you may have are:

1. study hard, write MCCEE / MCCQE and do really well, then go look for available residency spots

2. get North American perceptorship/clinical experiences then look around for residency spots (you still need to write the MCC tests)

3. apply to one of those Caribbean med school that will allow you to do some clinical through them -- and get your N. American clinicals experience this way

4. Can you apply as a visiting student through your Egyptian med school and get your experience this way?

5. I could come up with a few more ideas, but it will costs you thousands of Canadian dollars (I could use the money) ;-)
