My wife, ***************, is attending your school. Her birthday is on the 24th. I'm sending her something through the mail, but I'm sure it wont get there on time. I was told that you had some kind of spouses program that would send her a small gift or something on her birthday if I asked.

Please let me know as soon as possible if this program would be available for me, otherwise I'll have to make other arrangments. If there is a cost associated then i'm willing to pay for it.
