Well, I do understand your concerns, but I cannot totally agree with you Dr.B - this forum is mainly for discussing medical issues and learning from them, like this one. Plus, when I read about her case, I did what every physician should do: trying to answer a medical question and by doing so, trying to help!
Admittedly I took for granted that the message is coming from somebody in medical field, who would be able to evaluate the answer and I was not really thinking hard about my words and the consequences of them – a mistake and I am sorry for that!
I am an international medical grad, 25, male, working in an internal medicine department, learning for Step Two and I know somebody who has very similar problems and I know what kind of pain/stress that might be – that’s why I would be very interested in diagnosis and treatment! And again, I just wanted to help!
But still, I appreciate your post Dr. B, gave me some food for thoughts…!
So “worried sick“, if you are not in medicine, listen to Dr. B’s words and try to find a gyn you trust and who knows the whole story – and I wish you all the best!!!
