I do not think that easiest means easy at all, there will still be an enormous difference between the easiest med schools in general and the easiest med school in CR.
I just would like to work in the EU later on, so the only thing I'm interested in is doing a medical program which is recognized within those member states - does not need to be a very famous or prestigious one.
