5 or 6 yrs in ireland? charles in prague? why not just study for mcat again?

im looking to apply to ireland schools, and there website was a little confusing to me...I have already graduated from undergrad and got my BA in biology. I have also already taken my MCAT. So does this mean, for UCD for example, that I still have to do the 6 years? why isnt it 4? what about Charles in prague? is that also 5/6 years? can i be exempt and only do 4 years?

if we have to do 5 or 6 years, then why would any1 wanna do this? why not just spend that 1-2 years studying for the mcat, and doing a masters??

And does charles has a semester where i can start in jan?

this ireland and prague application process is new to me, so please bear with me...any help will be appreciated....thanks
